What to know before you buy
- Suction isn't everything
- Box-store vacuums brag about peak amps. What actually cleans your carpet is brush-roll agitation and a sealed airflow path. Riccar's Tandem Air system uses a separate motor just for the brush roll — that's why it pulls dirt and pet hair the others miss.
- Sealed HEPA filtration
- If you have allergies, asthma, or pets, this matters. "HEPA filter" on the box means nothing if the vacuum body leaks. Every vacuum we sell is sealed end-to-end so 99.97% of particles actually stay inside the bag.
- Bagged beats bagless
- Bagless looks convenient until you've emptied one. They throw the dust right back into the air, lose suction as the cyclone clogs, and shorten motor life. A sealed bag captures everything once and is gone.
