Our story
A local shop, built to outlast the box stores.
When Sawtooth opened in Twin Falls in 1993, the choice for water treatment and quality vacuums in the Magic Valley was either drive to Boise or settle for whatever the big-box store had on the shelf. We started Sawtooth to give our neighbors a third option — a local shop that actually knew the products, serviced what it sold, and could be trusted to do the job right the first time.
Three decades later, that’s still the whole pitch. We’re family-owned, factory-trained, and we still answer the phone ourselves. The water in the Magic Valley is hard, the soil tracks into every house, and the people who live here deserve equipment built to handle it — plus someone they can call when it needs service.

Sawtooth opens its doors
Founded in Twin Falls as a small, family-run water treatment and vacuum shop.
2000s
Authorized dealer for Riccar, SEBO & Simplicity
Earned factory authorization to sell and service premium vacuum brands built to last decades.
2010s
Expanded across southern Idaho
Grew service coverage across the Magic Valley, Wood River Valley, and into southeast Idaho — now 11 counties strong.
