These terms govern your use of Sawtooth’s website, customer portal, and the appointment-request and quoting features we offer online. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Service inquiries and estimates

Submitting a form through this site is a request for service — not a binding contract. A formal estimate or quote is provided in writing once we’ve gathered enough information (typically after a phone call or in-home visit).

2. Pricing

Prices displayed on this site are approximate and subject to change until confirmed in a written estimate. Final pricing depends on site conditions, materials needed, and current supplier costs.

3. Appointments

Requested appointment times are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us by phone or email. We’ll do our best to honor your preferred window but reserve the right to reschedule when necessary.

4. Warranties

Equipment we sell carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship on our installations is warranted for one (1) year unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or modification.

5. Customer portal

Portal access is provided as a convenience to active customers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend portal access at our discretion for misuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to: submit false information, attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, scrape or harvest data, or violate any applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawtooth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
