American-made central vac power for the whole home.
MD central vacuum units are designed and assembled in California. We size the power unit to your square footage, install the in-wall pipe network, and place inlets where you actually use them.
Homeowners building new, renovating, or anyone serious about whole-home cleanliness and indoor air quality.
“Once a customer has central vac, they never go back to portables. We install and service every system we sell.”

What buyers ask us before they choose this system.
Yes. Retrofits are common — tubing typically runs through closets, an unfinished basement, an attic, or a chase, with inlets placed to reach the whole floor with a single hose. Homes on a crawl space or with an accessible attic are the easiest. We walk the house first and lay out inlet locations before quoting.
The power unit lives in the garage or basement, so all the dust and exhaust leave the living space entirely instead of being filtered and blown back into the room. You also get more suction than any portable, no heavy machine to drag up stairs, and a much quieter clean.
Two to four times a year for most households. Bagged power units get a new bag on roughly the same schedule. That's the whole maintenance routine outside of the occasional hose or brush-head check.
